AIRFIELD BASES CAST RESIN / MDF BASES
We are pleased to announce the start of our brand new range of AIRCRAFT AIRFIELD resin/MDF bases.
Our MDF bases are professionally cut on a CNC router, with holes of varying sizes and positions. The MDF bases are placed into our silicon molds, and Poly Urethane Resin (PUR) is poured through these holes. See the attached pics to see how this is done.
Our initial launch of these bases will start with 2 scales, 1/48th and 1/72nd

Our initial bases are:
1/48TH SCALE
- 220MM X 150MM, OFFSET, SQUARE TO BASE
- 250MM X 250MM, OFFSET, SQUARE TO BASE
- 200MM X 200MM, OFFSET, 45° TO BASE
1/72ND SCALE
- 220MM X 150MM, INLINE, 45° TO BASE
- 220MM X 150MM, OFFSET, SQUARE TO BASE
- 270MM X 150MM, OFFSET, 45° TO BASE
- 200MM X 120MM, OFFSET, 45° TO BASE
- 240MM X 150MM OVAL, OFFSET, 45° TO BASE
We have plans for more bases, sizes styles etc, and these will be released over time.
We also have a few more masters ready or near to mould, so keep an eye out for these.
These bases are now in stock and production and available for immediate order.
Planning and production is underway for other designs, and these will be announced soon.
